RATES

For cash-pay clients, the initial intake charge is $100. Subsequent sessions for individuals are typically 60 minutes long and billed at $80 per session . If you have health insurance, the fee will be based on Landmark Therapy’s contractual agreement with your insurance provider. Your health insurance policy will oftentimes provide some level of coverage for mental health treatment.

It’s highly recommended that you contact your health insurance provider to inquire about your mental health treatment coverage. Please note that the obligation for payment is not dependent on reimbursement received from a third party such as health insurance agencies.

Landmark Therapy is usually in the process of being paneled by other insurance companies.

Please make sure to reach out to your insurance provider to see what your out-of-pocket cost will be, if any. What are some questions I should ask my insurance provider?

  • Do I have mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible? Has it been met at this time?
  • What is my co-pay?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many sessions does my health insurance cover per year?
  • Do I need a referral or authorization from my primary care provider?
  • Does my insurance policy cover teletherapy sessions?

PAYMENT

Cash, check, all major credit cards, and most FSA/HSA cards accepted for payment. Payment is expected at the beginning of each session. For telehealth services, payment is expected prior to the start of each session and can be paid by credit card through the client portal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that your appointment time is reserved for you.

If you do not come for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session (unless due to an illness or emergency). A bill will be sent directly to you for the full fee.
