For self-pay clients, the initial intake is charged at $100. Subsequent individual sessions are billed at $80 and typically last in duration between 45-60 minutes. If you have health insurance, the fee will be based on Landmark Therapy’s contractual agreement with your insurance provider. Your health insurance policy will oftentimes provide some coverage for mental health treatment. It is highly recommended that you contact your health insurance provider to inquire about your coverage. Please note that the obligation for payment is not dependent on reimbursement received from a third party such as health insurance agencies.
Landmark Therapy is usually in the process of being paneled by other insurance companies. Please do not hesitate to call us if your plan is not listed.

Cash, check, all major credit cards, and most FSA/HSA cards accepted for payment. Payment is expected at the beginning of each session. For telehealth services, payment is expected prior to the start of each session and can be paid by credit card through the client portal.

If you do not come for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session (unless due to an illness or emergency). A bill will be sent directly to you for the full fee.
